BJA structure

Innovation, Partnerships & Trade Committee

The focus of the BJA Innovation, Partnerships & Trade Committee is to enhance the understanding of doing business with Japan and to promote a broad scope of activities with regards to export, trade and partnerships with Japan. Innovation in a wide approach is central in its pursuit, leading to business excellence.

The committee aims to facilitate and support activities towards the wider Belgian-European-Japanese community to inform, to organize, to share the best business practices, to enhance partnerships on a variety of levels, to bring businesspeople together (for example start-ups, scale-ups, etc.) around trade, export and exchange of know-how, research, innovation, technology, goods, services, and much more.

In addition, the committee co-organizes the YES (Young Executive Stay in Japan) Program under the auspices of HM King Philippe of Belgium, together with the Belgo-Luxemburg Chamber of Commerce in Japan (BLCCJ).
