Takeda’s passion and pursuit of potentially life-changing treatments for patients are deeply rooted in its distinguished history in Japan for more than 240 years. Takeda employs around 1,300 people in Belgium. In Lessines, Takeda is producing plasma-derived therapies, which are life-changing for patients with rare and genetic diseases. It’s Takeda’s 3rd biggest manufacturing site worldwide.
