As the EU and Japan are moving to implementing their Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA), time has come to scope the potential benefits of this important agreement for the Belgium-Japan bilateral relationship.

Secretary of State Pieter De Crem is well placed to offer his ideas on how our business communities could take full advantage of this agreement.As we all know, the EPA is not limited to trade and investment, but is an agreement of a new generation, encompassing also green technology measures, legal standards for workers or market opening me asures for services, just to name these.

Secretary of State De Crem is eager to engage in a conversation with the participants, and will also invite participants to express their views.
