Annual General Assembly and Spring Celebration Party

Dear Member,

The President and the Board of Directors would like to invite you hereby to the Annual General Meeting of the BJA, followed by a Spring Celebration Party, that will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022 at 16:00 at De Hoorn, in Leuven.

We will deliberate on the following agenda:
1.   Report by the President
2.   Approval of the 2021 financial results
3.   Approval of the 2022 budget
4.   Approval of the new Articles of Association
5.   Report of the Committees
6.   Statutory nominations
7.   Miscellaneous

Upon conclusion of the General Assembly, we welcome His Excellency Makita Shimokawa, Ambassador of Japan to Belgium, who will address the audience.
A Spring Celebration Party will follow with a delicious cocktail and ample networking opportunities.
