2024 Annual General Assembly Meeting

Dear Members,

The President and the Board of Directors are pleased to invite you to the Annual General Assembly Meeting of our Association on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 17:00, at the law firm Liedekerke in Brussels.

We will deliberate on the following agenda:
1. Report by the President
2. Approval of the financial results for 2023
3. Approval of the 2024 budget
4. Report of the Committees
5. Statutory nominations
6. Miscellaneous

The General Assembly will be followed by a Networking Drink offered by Liedekerke, preceded by a presentation by HE Mr Pieter De Crem, Belgian Commissioner General for Expo 2025 Osaka (BelExpo).
