Dear Member,

The President and the Board of Directors are pleased to invite you to the Annual General Assembly Meeting of our Association on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 17:00, at EY in Diegem.

We will deliberate on the following agenda:
1. Report by the President
2. Approval of the financial results for 2022
3. Approval of the 2023 budget
4. Report of the Committees
5. Statutory nominations
6. Miscellaneous

The General Assembly will be followed by a Networking Drink offered by EY, preceded by a presentation by Mr. Renaat Schrooten, Director-general for Economic Analysis and International Economy and Temporary Responsible for Expo 2025 Osaka and Mr. Aldwin Dekkers, Commissioner-general of the Belgian Commission General for International Exhibitions (BelExpo) on The Belgian pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka.
