Editorial

It is my great pleasure to express my greetings for all the members of BJA. I had visited Brussels several times on business trips, but this is my first time set- tling down here. As soon as I arrived last October, I was greeted by the typical weather: four seasons in a day. It is a beautiful city with impressive histori- cal monuments and surrounded by quiet and deep nature. And it is a symbolic European city with multi- cultures and languages which I find in my daily life. I have well understood why this city is chosen as the European Capital.
