MUFG BANK IS HIRING 1) JUNIOR RELATINSHIP MANAGER & 2) ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

1) Junior Relationship Manager

Overall Purpose of Job:
•    The Relationship Manager manages the portfolio of existing corporate as well as promoting the acquisition of new corporate customers
•    The Relationship Manager markets the full range of banking products and services in order to maximize contribution to enhance the profitability in line with agreed business plans.  
•    The Relationship Manager ensures that customers are fairly treated in line with the values and Corporate Vision of MUFG.

Essential Functions:
•    Promote and support customers in relation to the banking products.
•    Demonstrate adherence to internal controls by complying with all relevant procedures and processes, keeping appropriate record and, where appropriate, by timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulator

Education
•    Master degree is required or equivalent degree to comply with the Willems Law.

Work Experience
•    Experience on promoting banking products to corporate customers as well as on credit analysis in an international financial organization is required.

Functional/Technical Skills and Knowledge requirements:
•    Excellent communication and written skills in English
•    Dutch / French / Japanese preferred
•    Ability to build professional relationships quickly
•    Flexible working style and positive team player
•    Commercial awareness
•    Good numeracy skills
•    Analytical and strategic thinking
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Results- driven and target-oriented by nature
•    Good knowledge of banking and general administration processes
•    Confident handling of MS Office products

 

2) Administration Assistant

Overall Purpose of Job:
•    The role of the Administration Assistant is primarily to assist and support the Relationship Managers for handling the client requirements in terms of operation and administration.
•    The role also requires an ability to respond to tight deadlines and changing demands along with working well within a team to meet the requirements from the clients.
•    The Administration Assistant should ensure fair treatment of customers by consistently displaying the behaviors required by the MUFG Corporate Vision.

Essential Functions:
•    Support customers in relation to the banking transactions.
•    Support Relationship Managers for the operational and administrative tasks to manage the client portfolio.
•    Demonstrate adherence to internal controls by complying with all relevant procedures and processes, keeping appropriate record and, where appropriate, by timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulator

Education
•    Bachelor degree or equivalent industry experience is required.

Work Experience
•    Previous experience in Banking Operations or Customer Service is desired.

Functional/Technical Skills and Knowledge requirements:

•    Excellent communication and written skills in English
•    Working experience in Japanese corporation or speaking Japanese preferred
•    Ability to build professional relationships quickly
•    Flexible working style and positive team player
•    Numerically competent
•    Analytical skills
•    Ability to work accurately with excellent attention to detail.
•    Process driven
•    Good knowledge of back-office operations, preferably within a financial multi-national organization
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft products
