Japanese Tea & Sushi Workshop

Thanks to the generous support of ANA, the Belgium-Japan Association and Chamber of Commerce (BJA) has the pleasure to invite you to an exclusive workshop and tasting of Japanese tea and sushi at AZUMAYA and KO’UZI in Antwerp on October 20, 2015.

AZUMAYA is a unique Japanese tea café, tea shop and online shop for Japanese green tea (Matcha, Sencha, Hojicha,…) and lifestyle. It is difficult to find the real taste of Japanese tea in Europe, therefore Azumaya experts in selecting and importing the tea directly from Japan.

KO’UZI sushi translates the Japanese spirit into sophisticated European variations of sushi. Award winning Chef Junko Kawada focuses on the quality of the fish, and at the same time, gives the dish a western touch and design.

13:15: Start of Registration

13:30: Welcome words by Azumaya and Ko’uzi

13:45: Workshop starts (participants are divided into 2 groups – for Tea and for Sushi)

15:15: Groups switch positions

16:45: End of workshop with tasting Hoji-Bancha tea all together
