This family size company prides itself in pushing back the pressures of industrialization and will be delighted to show BJA visitors its know-how. You will be surprised to see how the ‘mechanized craftsmanship’ allows Maison Dandoy to make its Speculoos the same way the founder Jean-Baptiste Dandoy used to make them over 185 years ago…
