Cultivating connections in the Belgian-Japanese business community

Staying connected with friends is important in our lives.
For this reason, the BJA Friendship Committee is organizing a walk through a small trail into the “Beechwood Cathedral” (Sonian Wood) to celebrate the bonds of Belgium-Japan friendship.
So please join us! Together with your children, family, colleagues, and friends, let us all share a wonderful time together under the beautiful summer colours of the forest!
When?
Saturday 26th of June, 14:00 to 16:00
Departure?
At the Parking of the Boitsfort Station (Chaussée de la Hulpe and Avenue de la Foresterie in Brussels).
What to bring?
It is advisable to wear comfortable hiking shoes or boots. Also in case of sudden weather change, please foresee rain gear.
Please kindly bring your own drinks and snacks.
As a conversation starter, kindly please bring a small personal object that brings about memories of Belgium-Japan.
This event is carried out with respect to the current strict COVID-19 regulations. Please kindly bring your mask. Alcohol gel to 'wash your hands' at the beginning of the walk will be provided.
Program:
Walk in the famous Sonian Wood (6 km). Walkable from the age of 5 and with baby carrier.
Participation fee:
This event is free of charge, but due to sanitary issues registration is necessary latest by Friday 25th of June (names of attendees, e-mail address or phone number).
