Relocation Consultant – Brussels

Looking for a job where no two days are the same? Do you love helping people from all over the world feel at home? As our Relocation Consultant for the Brussels area, you’ll guide international employees and their families through one of the biggest transitions in their lives.

About us

Relocation Belgium helps international employees and their families settle in Belgium, with support for immigration, relocation, integration and tax. We’re a close-knit team of 7, working with 3 independent consultants. We’re also building relationships with Japanese companies, so Japanese speakers are especially welcome.

What you’ll do

• Welcome employees and their families on arrival and show them around the area
• Prepare the home search and accompany them on viewings
• Arrange fire insurance, utilities and telecom for the new home
• Offer settling in services: Help with the bank account, town hall registration and health insurance fund
• Search & visit schools
• Offer follow-up support once the family has settled in
• Keep files up to date in our CRM and join the weekly team meeting in Ghent

Who you are

• You love to work with international people
• You speak and write English, French and Dutch fluently; Japanese is a real plus
• You know Brussels well and understand Belgian culture and daily life
• You’re independent, proactive and flexible, and come across as professional and warm
• You have a driving licence to take clients to viewings
