ProefMee – Japanese Cultural Day - 11 April

With ProefMee, we explore the cuisines of Mexico, Italy and Japan, bringing people together through cooking, conversation and sharing a meal.

We would be delighted to welcome you to our Japanese Cultural Day! Together, we will prepare sushi and noodles, enjoy our creations and round off the afternoon with mochi.

We also welcome opportunities to collaborate! Would you like to share a personal memory, introduce a Japanese tradition, present traditional clothing or demonstrate a cultural dance? Perhaps you would enjoy sharing cooking tips or showing a technique during the workshop. Any contribution, big or small, can enrich the day, and we are open to your ideas.

Join us at the table for new flavours, stories and friendships! Everyone is also welcome at our Mexican and Italian cultural days.
