The Mission of Japan to the EU in Brussels wishes to hire a residence staff for the Ambassador’s residence

1. Tasks

  • Ensure that the residence and reception rooms are well maintained and clean
  • Assist of events (official meals and receptions, etc.)
  • Manage the inventory of wine and other alcoholic beverages

 

  1. Profile
  • Interest in Japanese culture and language, Ensusiasm of development of Japan-EU relations
  • Experience as a waiter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Courteous, punctual and efficient
  • Knowledge about table manners
  • Work permit required for non-European citizens
  • Knowledge about wines and other alcoholic beverages
  • Following knowledge and understanding are a plus:

・Diplomatic Protocol
・IT and multimedia skills (PC, TV, audio etc.)
・Japanese culture and language
