Green Mission to Japan 2026

The EU-Japan Centre is currently calling for applications for its 4th Green Business mission to be organised in Japan in March alongside the Sustainability Management Week.

· Mission dates: 16-19 March 2026
· Application deadline: 5 December 2025
· Venue: Tokyo, Japan

Unique opportunity for B2B meetings!
The participants will have the opportunity to exhibit at the “Tokyo Decarbonisation Expo” (https://www.decarbonization-expo.jp/spring/en-gb.html) within a common booth for all the participants of the mission. 
Number of places is limited to 12, hence a selection process will be held. 

Targets:
Targets participants are EU Clusters and SMEs active in the green technology sectors.
The exhibiting area is focusing on carbon-neutral solutions in the fields of: renewable energy, manufacturing, construction, transport....
The whole event also embraces hydrogen, batteries, photovoltaic, smart-grid, wind power, biomass...

Costs:
- The EU-Japan Centre will cover participation fees related to the trade fair, and the delegation booth operational costs.
- The participants' companies are expected to cover travel, accommodation and living expenses.

Programme's objectives:
- Explore partnering opportunities with Japanese companies and organisations
- Meet and network with potential business partners in Japan
