陸前高田市の出身の方から、実家は流されながらも、御家族、親戚の方々は危機一髪で非難することが出来たお話や、山手や、高台にある学校にいて津波に飲みこまれずに助かったけれども、親を亡くした子供達が多くいることなどを聞きました。陸前高田市小友（おとも）小・中学校を8月の初めに訪問していただいて、中学校の校長先生から、親を亡くしたり、親が仕事を失った子ども達が支援を必要としているとのお話で、今回のチャリティーコンサートの支援先に致しました。西原 暁子20.09.2011

Greetings to the children of Japan from the children of Brussels
An evening of song, opera and musical comedy

and Mr Bertin Mampaka, Alderman for International Solidarity,
in the name of the Assembly of the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Brussels,
in association with Dyslexia International asbl,

and under the patronage of the Embassy of Japan to Belgium.
The concert is directed by David Miller.
To be held on Wednesday 21 September 2011 from 18.00 to 21.30 hours
in the Gothic Room of the Brussels Town Hall, Grand Place - Entrance: Lions’ stairs
followed by a Reception
All proceeds from this event go to projects supporting child victims of the tsunami in Japan.

Le 11 mars dernier un tremblement de terre frappait le nord du Japon, faisant des dizaines de milliers de victimes. Cette catastrophe a suscité un peu partout dans le monde des manifestations de solidarité au profit des sinistrés.
Près de chez nous, des musiciens de renom se produiront gracieusement en la grande Salle Académique de l’Université de Liège le samedi 17 septembre.
Ce concert réunira le quintette Cassiopée dans un répertoire de Schubert. Les musiques du monde seront à l’honneur en seconde partie, avec les Tangos del Sur. En clôture, des chants japonais seront interprétés par des artistes du Conservatoire de Liège.
