JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for the quality level of the component and assembly of car interior products (seat, door trim, etc).
Lead the quality control of these products and service parts in the plants and improve the processes.
Implement quality processes for new products and create quality control systems.
Visit suppliers and improve their quality control system and parts quality before and after mass production.
Correspond to the quality complaints from the customer and after sales market.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
You have an engineering degree in mechanical engineering.
You have 5 to 7 years experience within the quality division in an industrial manufacturing environment (preferably automotive industry).
You are quality minded and process oriented.
You have strong communication skills and analytical/problem solving skills.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
An open mind and interest in the others countries culture (especially Japan) are an asset.
Fluent in English and knowledge of other languages (French, German, Turkish, Japanese) would be an asset.
Willing to travel abroad frequently (up to more than 50% of the working time).
