 The Cultural Committee of the BJA is pleased to invite you to an exclusive visit to the D’Ieteren Gallery, a private museum opened for BJA Members on March 9th, 2010.
D’Ieteren Gallery was created by Baron Roland D’Ieteren, sixth president of the group D’Ieteren, as a tribute to his ancestors and their collaborators who have contributed to the success and the expansion of this Belgian company founded in 1805.
Besides the collection of various means of transport, you will have ample opportunity to discover as well objects, photographs and archive documents which retrace the two hundred year history of Belgian automobile industry. The visit will be guided in English by Mr Philippe Casse, Public Relations Manager of the Group and well-known specialist of the history of the automobile industry.
この度、BJA文化委員会では一般非公開の博物館、‘D’Ieteren Gallery’への特別訪問を企画いたしました。１８０５年に創業したD’Ieteren 社の第６代目社長のBaron Roland D’Ieterenは、そのビジネスの成功と発展を支えた歴代の経営者らの歴史的偉業を讃えるために‘D’Ieteren Gallery’博物館を設立しました。
交通手段に利用される乗り物のコレクションのみならず、ベルギーの自動車業界、２００年の歴史を辿ったオブジェクト、写真集、秘蔵ドキュメント等も含めた幅広い展示をご観賞いただけます。この訪問はPRマネージャーで自動車業界の歴史専門家、Philippe Casse氏より英語にてご案内いただく予定です。
